I bathe your feet new little woman
feel the touch of difference

for deep within your unclothed innocence
a voice is being nurtured.

These feet little woman
will carry that voice.

You will meet sisters along the way
and learn to raise those voices.

There will be walls to climb
little woman climb high and if

they should remove one foot from you
climb higher.

If one day you have no shoes remember
your voice is leaving footprints.
