This issue of Visual Verse is in collaboration with students at Wangari Maathai International School (WMIS). The artwork is created by them as part of a programme called Generation Visual. These students have been using art as activism (artivism) inspired by the school's formidable namesake, Wangarĩ Muta Maathai.
