Transparent

Overwhelmed by pressure to be more solid
She yielded to the fatigue that shrouded her
Material possessions melted into the stratosphere
Her naked skin became swaddled by cashmere clouds
And the warble of whale song fluttered through her
Molten honey dreams flowed through streams
Sparkling thoughts shot like stars against the dark
Her inner gloom exhaled into the halo of the moon
And dispersed into fragments of glitter backlighting black
She could just be
She could just be
A transparent whole of synergy
Until she was reborn into the next day
Searching for something more substantial
