Softer Focus

I’d rather be my watery
double a little out of focus
the red and the blue a little
less primary and shocking
the hoops that anchor
my performance daily
would shimmer a bit you’d
have to look harder to catch
them you’d have to look
harder to catch me if I were
my wavering watery double
