Personal Progress Log, day 218

It is 218 days since my last 1/8th,
115 days since I left the retreat.
I lost so much time in cells.
In Styal I ceased to exist.
Rehab was hard but it turned me inside out.
I have a new cell, a cell I call my own.
I paint.
I volunteer with the disabled adults.
I look for work.
I have the nag inside.
It says, 'What wouldn't you give for just one more 1/8th?'
I ignore the nag.
I like my self-portrait.
