Mask

You construct your masculinised mask
And I anonymise, estrange you
I dissolve your face and name
I forget but I do not absolve you
You recede into the serried structure
As it sheathes and suffocates you
Conceals and coats you in its shelter
The isolation which maintains you
Your portrait misdirects, disorientates
Your guise disgusts, insulated by your hate
