Here's the first thing
You have to be patient
Nothing grows complete overnight
Not me, not babies, not trees in the woods

Here's the second thing
Expect the unexpected
Just because you think you know what I should look like
Doesn't mean I'll grow that way
I may mutate
I may transform
Part animal, part tree

Here's the third thing
Expand your concept of beauty
Don't called me disabled
Call me whole
Just different
Just unusual
But mostly just beautiful
