Snuffling for followers
in a mulch of potions and lotions
promising to bring eternal youth
or at least the unearthing of a long lost rib
buried between pregnancy one to three.

Gobbling the remnants of self confidence
in a bid to replenish your feed with
porcelain smiles,
glossy biceps and artifical zen.

Fishing puddles for drowning parents,
who desperately cling to their hooked tail ends,
hoping to unlock the secrets of perfect mum status
whilst still keeping their worktops clean and husband happy.

WiFi disconnected.
She weeps admist her freebies
counting out love – heart – likes
wondering if she can trade them for a new filter
to bring back some sunshine.
