Horizontal, vertical, thick and thin
Represents in a way the crux of our existence

A disconnect between heart and the mind is oft found
Forming the pivotal zone in which mortals spin
The reason and emotions with their own resistance

The division of goodies and baddies is profound
Each within the other as an inevitable twin
Both alternate often with a similar consistence

Life moves on with such dualities around
With one dominating till the other seeps in
This omnipresent interplay of binaries is in itself a brilliance!
