Backbone

Shimmering blue
the shades of scales
weigh heavy on the
skeleton of hues.
Mystical creature
with intrigue so vast,
drawing us in to it's world of why.
A backbone of electric green, strikingly vibrant with piercing eyes
moving forward.
Oh, sigh
but a dream to have a world led by greens.
