grapes too many
but only one
half-empty bottle
of vino

nuts on nuts
but no cracker
lemon zest
dog monkey
general mess

the dutch
could be better
housekeepers
not one would
pass muster

with a health
inspector
these days
still life makes
me hungry

just can’t
help myself
