Coo at the End

The coo dipped down his two chipped horns
Into the wave of the rising second sea.
His hind legs retreated against the forest thorns
As his nose stayed pointed accusingly at me.

The coo called to summon his alleyway friend.
Down she jumped from the arch of a bough.
Thus the planet reached its watery end,
And this is all that the end can allow.
