Why does the air smell green when it rains?
Your feet got wet in the grass and you wanted a bath to wash the cold away. So we went to bed late and bathed. I would give you anything – I would give you the ocean just to say The world is yours.
[One day we will go to the sea]
For now, a basin, A hand on your waist to say We're home now and safe.
[Dip your toes in. In the morning the air will still be green]
